How we handle your data.

2. Data we process

• Payment data (name, billing address, card last 4, VAT details) — collected by Mollie at checkout
• Email address — used for founding-member updates via Listmonk
• Usage data — anonymous server logs, no advertising identifiers

3. Legal basis

• Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of contract (your support)
• Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest (campaign updates to founding members, soft-opt-in basis under § 7 Abs. 3 UWG)

4. Third-party processors

• Mollie B.V. (Netherlands) — payment processing
• Listmonk (self-hosted by Calum Bowden, Germany) — email delivery

5. Retention

Payment and invoice data is retained for 10 years to comply with German tax law (§ 147 AO). Email subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Anonymous server logs are kept for 30 days, then deleted.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object, and restrict processing of your data. Email the controller above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.
