Terms of support.

1. Contracting party

Calum Bowden, sole proprietor trading as Meetmarket, Kluckstraße 25 c/o Trust, 10785 Berlin, Germany.

2. What you're paying for

This is a pre-order for app access and supporter rewards. You are not buying shares, equity, or any kind of investment. You are not loaning money to be repaid.

3. Contract formation

The contract is concluded when your payment is successfully processed at checkout. You receive a confirmation email. The support is binding subject to the right of withdrawal in section 4.

4. Right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

14-day refund window from the date your card is charged.

To exercise withdrawal, email the contracting party. No reason required within the 14-day window.

5. Delivery

• Founding members chat: access shortly after the campaign closes on 10 June 2026.
• Digital rewards (founding badge, paid membership, lifetime access): activate when the app launches in September 2026.
• Physical rewards (T-shirt): ship Q4 2026.
• Event-based rewards (dinner, Berlin day tour): scheduled Q3–Q4 2026. Exact dates communicated by email.

6. Risk of non-delivery

Pre-sales carry delivery risk. If Meetmarket cannot deliver a reward as described, you will receive either an equivalent reward of comparable value, or a pro-rata refund of the portion of your support attributable to the undelivered reward. Material delays or changes to rewards will be communicated to all backers in writing without undue delay. If Meetmarket ceases operations before delivery is complete, we will communicate openly and refund what we can from remaining funds.

7. Privacy

Your personal data is handled per the Privacy notice.

8. Governing law

German law applies. For consumer contracts, mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
